Author Hema Parekh - originally from India and now a noted teacher of Asian cooking in Tokyo, has put together a delicious selection of meat and dairy-free Asian dishes.

This cookbook contains over 200 dishes from across Asia.  Sushi from Japan, curries from North India, spring rolls from Vietnam, Fiery hot tofu from China etc.

Lovely photos.  Recipes clearly written up and easy to follow. Our daughter Taranii, who is a brilliant cook, says this is the 'best' cooking book!

And this type of delicious  advocacy is MUCH more effective that the admonishing-make-people-feel-bad approach ;)
