2 cups any type of berry juice 1 packed cup flat leaf parsley plus stalks 1 packed cup of beet greens no stalks 5 smallish dino black kale leaves no stalks
Blend then add
1 unpeeled apple 1 knob ginger 1 tablespoon of chia seed 1 tablespoon coconut oil 2 frozen mango cheeks ($4.75 for 4 or $20 for a kilo at Organic Butcher at Fyshwick markets...) or you can use frozen berries but frozen mango is delicious in this. Add more liquid if you want-or eat with a spoon- delicious! |

1 1/2 cups organic strawberries (frozen or fresh) 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks 2 cups organic spinach or other leafy green 1 cup filtered water Blend on high for 30 secs until smooth.
You can also use the meat and 1 cup of water from a young coconut for the liquid. Use mango and banana for a thick and creamy green smoothie.
